About the Role
What You'll Do:
Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of product strategies for Azuca's line of merchandise, apparel, and fitness products.
Product Development: Work with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to bring new products from concept to market. Oversee the lifecycle of products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with Azuca’s brand vision.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to inform new product ideas and improve existing offerings.
Product Launches: Coordinate product launches, creating marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth product availability, timely delivery, and efficient inventory management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales goals and customer feedback.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in apparel, fitness products, or related industries.
Strategic & Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and product performance data to make informed decisions.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from product ideation to launch.
Creative & Resourceful: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative product ideas that align with Azuca’s mission and audience.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Passionate: A genuine passion for dance, fitness, and creating products that inspire and support the Azuca community.
Detail-Oriented: Able to track and manage product details, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful product launches.
