About the Role
What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing: Assist with creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to promote our classes, events, and brand.
Content Creation: Develop creative content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to engage and inform our community.
Email Marketing: Help manage and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and event announcements.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and track marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategies.
Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that increase Azuca's visibility and attract new students and clients.
Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, respond to inquiries, and help build a loyal and engaged audience.
Event Promotion: Work alongside the events team to create marketing materials and promote upcoming dance socials, workshops, and classes.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (dance, fitness, or entertainment experience is a plus).
Creative & Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in graphic design tools (like Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing (using tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut). Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while keeping content consistent and accurate.
Passionate: A genuine interest in dance and fitness and a desire to help Azuca grow its community.
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially during events or seasonal promotions.
