About the Role
What You'll Do:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process for new hires, from job posting to interviews and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for all employee concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with company policies, and handle necessary documentation for HR processes.
Training & Development: Assist with organizing training programs and workshops that promote professional growth and employee engagement.
Performance Management: Support managers and employees with performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
Compensation & Benefits: Help manage payroll, benefits, and employee incentive programs to ensure employees feel valued and supported.
Compliance: Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure Azuca Dance Company remains compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve issues and guide employees.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and keep track of important HR processes.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HR software and tools for record-keeping, payroll, and communication.
Empathetic: A genuine passion for creating a positive work environment and helping employees thrive.
Flexible: Ability to adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of a growing dance and fitness business.
