What You'll Do:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of tailored strategies to help clients achieve their goals in the dance and fitness industry.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, events) to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion by understanding client needs and offering new solutions.
Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client campaigns, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide clients with regular performance reports and insights, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
Brand Advocacy: Act as the voice of Azuca Dance Company, ensuring clients understand and embrace our values and vision.
Requisitos
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in account management, client relations, or a similar role. Experience in the dance, fitness, or entertainment industry is a plus.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple accounts, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent results.
Strategic Thinker: Strong understanding of business strategy, account management, and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build lasting relationships with clients.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle complex projects, prioritize tasks, and keep clients and internal teams informed and on track.
Passionate: A love for dance and fitness, with a genuine desire to contribute to the growth of Azuca and its clients.
